Planning for 2017

We are planning our sessions, staffing, pool bookings and visiting hours for term 1 2017.

It's nearly the end of this year!

We would like to finalise your bookings before you go off to enjoy a well earned break!

We close at the end of term 4, with last sessions being on Tuesday 20th December.

We have a new booking request form on our website here.

Please tick as many options as apply to you.

We will juggle the requests and do our best to find a spot that suits everyone.

Aquatic physiotherapy, physiotherapy visits, and school holiday intensives are on offer.

What funding options are available to you?

It's been a big year transitioning into the NDIS.

We are working on supporting materials for the website to help.

See what funding options you might be able to access here:

Aquatic physiotherapy

Is aquatic physiotherapy the main thing you are interested in?

We have sessions at Moonee Ponds and Greensborough available, with more capacity for after school appointments with Sarah joining our team.

A reminder that we do a minimum of one home visit per term for children participating in aquatic physiotherapy. This is important to reassess how your child is going on land, ensure that we are getting carry over from our work in the pool, monitor any additional needs, and develop new goals for the next block of therapy.

Physiotherapy visits

Are you keen for home or site visits?

We can see you for physiotherapy visits at home, an education setting, or a sport / leisure setting.

We can talk about the setting that would suit best depending on your goals. We can talk about number of sessions and frequency with you.

What's coming up in 2017?

We are growing our team of physiotherapists and look forward to more families meeting them.

This will allow us to cater to more families who are seeking our services, reduce wait lists, and open up more time slots for services.

More council areas in Melbourne will come under the NDIS roll out, and families in these areas will begin transitioning across to the new funding system.

We are developing materials to assist this transition. In the meantime, we are available to talk through the process and assist in preparing for your planning meeting.

It's been a pleasure working with you and we will do our best to fit in with your busy schedules for next year!
