Our admin team is available to answer your calls. Please leave a message anytime of day, if we don't catch your call and we will get back to you.

• VOICEMAIL: If you've left a message, and not heard back in a few days, please get in contact again! Often we just can't hear the message or the phone number left, and just can't get in touch with you. You can also email or send in a booking request.

• TEXT MESSAGES: We prefer text messages for cancelling appointments or changing dates, just follow the link on your booking SMS. They're quick and easy, and provide both of us with a written record in case we need to refer back to it. If you don't like texting, please call. Cancellations or changes to appointments are not accepted by email. The delivery can get delayed, or just not show up!

• EMAIL: And please beware with email: somethings things just get stuck in the SPAM filters! We check the junk mail regularly, but occasionally some emails just don't arrive. If you haven't heard back from us, please use the contact form below, or give us a call. We'll do our best to help out! We do not accept cancellations by email.
