When are knock knees normal?

I've had a bunch of familes asking about knock knees, bow legs, in toeing and out toeing.

There is definitely quite a wide range of what is considered normal, and that changes as your child grows.

These are some fantastic fact sheets from the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne, which pretty much explain it all. They have a great collection of information written for families, covering a variety of topics from sleep to the slap cheek virus, and I recommend you have a look next time you're wondering about something for your child.

Click on the images below to go to the RCH website where you can download them as a pdf.

They have clear information in the bottom left hand corner on when to consult your physiotherapist or doctor if you're concerned. We're happy to help :-)
